2. Go to the Lease Option Application Link on our site, fill out the form completely. (You DO NOT have to give your SSN) a. The Application will then be forwarded to a Mortgage Specialist. b. The Mortgage Specialist will contact you to get your permission to run your credit. 1. Upon looking at your credit, he will be able to determine the approximate length of time needed to improve your credit to get you into a conventional mortgage at a good interest rate. 2. You will then be contacted to view the home.
3. Meet the Realtor at the home of interest. He will go over the terms of the contract with you. a. If you like the home and agree with the terms of the contract. You sign the contract, pay the option money (down payment which is deducted from the purchase price at closing) & first month's lease. Congratulations! You move into your new home. 1. While you enjoy your new home, your mortgage specialist will be working with you to repair your credit. 2. At the end of the lease agreement, the realtor, and mortgage specialist will assist you in closing. *If you do not choose to excercise your option to buy, you move on (the option money is not refundable) *Credit restoration is not guaranteed. It will be your responsablilty to follow the program given to restore your credit. Any credit restoration service that guarantees credit repair is probably a scam. b. If you do not like the home. We can assist you in finding another one.
The process takes about a week or less. Contact us if there are special circumstances. We realize life is anything but predictable. If we need to assist you in a more timely manner, we may be able to do so. We receive many applications & many requests.
